Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp hot water

1 cup hot/cold milk

Ice cube, if desired

Instructions

1. Add coffee, sugar, and water in a medium mixing bowl. Whip with hand mixer until fluffy and pale for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Prepare milk in your favorite cup or glass, scoop 2-3 tbsp whipped coffee on top of the milk. Enjoy!
